@blackonics he was originally the lead singer of the time but left the group because him and prince got into it over money issues.....he went solo....

@dal4018 yes he was. he was in the same line with morrid day, terry lewis/ jimmy jamprince, just not as popular. he had two major hits in the 1980's! get your facts strait!money/fame spends just as well in europe!
